I reserve my room a month ago and I check in at 3am on second day which means the check in time was 3pm but I came late and when I came I wait 3 hours to get room because they said we are sold out what it mean do I make new reservation to say like that why you give my room to other members and the room was 170$ around like this they said will refund 50$ for that it’s insane

We booked a 2 bedroom suite that was perfect for our family of four. It was very spacious with a view of the pool and fireworks at night. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff at the hotel were so nice and attentive. We needed extra conditioner and it was delivered in less than 20 minutes. Excellent customer service! The property is beautifully maintained. The golf course was beautiful. The putt putt course was fun! The gym was very nice. Plenty of treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, weights, etc. During check in we were asked to participate in a 2 timeshare presentation, but we declined it. Overall the hotel stay was great and we would definitely do it again.
