Room was excellent. Myself and wife there for our anniversary and we were upgraded to a great room with balcony. Rose petals and towels like swans on our bed with welcome chocolates. Wife was very surprised. The staff were very helpful at reception and we had checked it online which made it quicker at the desk. Car park on site also. Food at breakfast was very good and plenty of selection. We had drinks and dinner in the gasto bar on hotel site and again food and drink very good quality.

This hotel was exactly as advertised. Reasonably priced, clean, quiet, and full of dining options. The staff were always warm, friendly, and helpful. The dinner I had at the gastro pub was one of my favorite meals of my time in Ireland. The coffee was great from the express cafe. When my luggage was delayed from the airline the hotel staff were able to accept the delivery for me so I could go explore without having to meet the delivery driver. The room was cleaned daily. Excellent hot water in the shower. Bed was comfortable. Will be staying here again.

The room was in good condition. The music played until 12:30 AM. At which time the staff decided to empty alot of glass into the recycle bin in the alley - which woke us up in a very startling manner. When we complained about the noise, we were brought earplugs, which didn’t do a lot.
