Room and location were good. Good staff. Breakfast (not included) was worth the money. I wish there was a refrigerator and microwave, and maybe a real coffee maker instead of a teapot with instant coffee.

Cardboard for walls and outside drainage that will not quit on the loudest water spilling in metal I’ve ever heard. Could hear our neighbour snoring like he was in the room and a party of screaming guest till 3am and awoken at 4 by water draining again. City centre rooms….

Exceptional location! Quiet neighborhood walking distance to restaurants, bars, tourist attractions, hop on and off bus, shops, and city bus stops. Heritage hotel with nice rooms, friendly staff, amenities and great breakfast buffet. Some public areas of hotel (halls) could use an update, but still presentable, and breakfast restaurant/lounge area was very nice.

A little noisy at time. Walls are thin you can hear people next door and in hallway. There must have been construction near by and you could hear trucks beeping when going in reverse in the mornings. Great location. You can walk to everything. overall a great stay!
