Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
You can't get bored - fast fibre internet- 1Gb, PlayStation 5 with Playstation Plus subscription, Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime and other subscription services. Plenty of books, board games and cards.
Our house is located in the quiet cut de sac facing Glenaulin Park - great space for walks.
The space
Ground floor consist of a living room a kitchen / diner and a toilet. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and a dryer.
Upstairs there is an en suite double bedroom as well as 2 single rooms. You will also find main bathroom with a bath tub. Fourth bedroom - large double is located in the attic. Sofa in the living room has a bed function and can accommodate extra 2 guests, totalling 8.
There is a small garden to the back with seating space and a gas BBQ.
