Lieder keine Klimaanlage in den Dachzimmern, obwohl diese sogar teurer sind. Für mich ein absolutes no-go. Dachzimmer sind außerdem nicht per Aufzug erreichbar (es muss eine Treppe ein Stockwerk nach oben gegangen werden)
