Wir waren für eine Übernachtung im Rahmen eines Konzert von Ed Sheeran dem Hotel. Wir waren wirklich außerordentlich zufrieden, ein sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, es war ordentlich und sauber. Den wir besonders herausstellen möchten: unser Parkticket war eigentlich nur 24 Stunden gültig (15:00 Uhr). Auf Nachfrage hat man es uns kostenfrei gewährt bis 18:00 Uhr zu verlängern, so dass wir noch einen schönen Aufenthalt in Düsseldorf verbringen durften. Das macht so mit einer fünf Sterne Bewertung perfekt. Herzlichen Dank.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Die Altstadt ist schnell und einfach zu erreichen und auch die U-Bahn-Station liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Umgebung ruhig und alles war sauber. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Niet genoeg handoeken voor aantal personen op de kamer, douche gaat van koud, naar warm, naar bloed heet. Vanaf de receptie heb je pasje nodig voor de lift maar via garage kan iedereen ongewenst binnen komen.
