The room itself was excellent. Well located, walkable or close to tram. A couple of minor issues were an unpleasant odor in the hallway and an error with my booking. As well only one elevator was functioning for two days of my stay.

we had a problem with the air conditioning in our room so we talked with the staff and they moved us to another room. it must of had problems or something because it will still hot in the room and the ac barely worked. it also had a terrible smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. we didn’t want to bother the staff to make us change rooms once more. they were super helpful and the room were clean and comfortable other than those problems.

Das WC/Dusche hat keine Türe zum Schlafraum und riecht extrem nach nicht geputztem WC und Putzmittel. Gefühlt schläft man im WC. Der Flur im 4. OG riecht extrem muffig.

Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Zimmer hat aber leider eine Tür zum nächsten Zimmer, die schlecht Lärm gedampft ist. Der Nachbar hat bis zum Spätabend laute Musik gehört und hat uns bisschen gestört. Ansonsten war das Hotel und das Zimmer schön.
