The facility was top notch, but the staff was probably the finest we've experienced in all our travels! They were so friendly and helpful. Top of the list was David in reception. He's a wonderfully attentive and helpful staff member.

Excellent staff and reception. The room was good size but the view out the window was to four large dumpsters so opening the window meant hearing the dumping of major loads of bottles. The restaurant and bar were both excellent. There was a decent but small exercise room.

It was the best hotel we ever stayed at. Great location, great service, clean, beautiful rooms, and top notch breakfast. We always looked forward to the complimentary breakfast. It was fresh, delicious, and the selection were the best we had ever experienced. The breakfast sustained us until dinner. Service there was wonderful. Supreme!!! We highly recommend this hotel and wish we could put it in our pocket every time we travel.

Location, location, location. Hotel has a modern vibe, great concierge hosts, and welcoming rooms. My family had a great time and felt right at home. Convient location close to shops, Waverly Station and restaurants. Hop on/off buses stop right in front. Definetively will stay with Apex Waterloo place on my next stay in Edinburgh :)

This property was near the train station in Edinburgh and has an elevator that takes you down to the train station level to avoid so much chaos. Also the breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend the porridge.

The breakfasts were amazing , as were the staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, they were very pleasant at all times... Amazing customer service. Faye greeted me at the front desk and checked me in early, walked me to my room and helped carry my bags. I felt spoiled in the best way. I had expiation service from all staff. The pool and spa were amazing. I can’t express enough how great this place is! 12/10!
