Really enjoyed our stay there. Unfortunately the lift was out of order but the staff were really helpful in bringing our cases up and down the stairs! Staff were friendly. Atmosphere was great. Would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to other friends and family. Interesting historical background too.

We loved the location on the Royal Mile and our room on the 4th Floor. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast at John’s Coffee Shop located on site within the lobby was superb!
