So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at a minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Clean and comfortable
Our visit to Edinburgh was so enjoyable because this flat was quiet and comfortable yet we had just a short walk to the Tram stop that took us to the city center. The Shore area is also vibrant and near dining. The parking at the flat is very convenient.

Came from Canada to watch Scotland play Wales in the 6N rugby and stayed a few extra days. The property is well located, very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it to others and would stay again myself.

Firstly, the apartment was extremely clean and area very quiet
Beds very comfortable.
Only negative was the the doors, internal, need a wee bit of oil.
Would definitely stay again.
