Toilet area had mildew which a bit of bleach would remove it and my friend suffered from backache every morning because of the bed. Apart from that, it was o.k. Staff were friendly.

In general the stay was okay. One major negative for me was the shower gel in the room, this haf been watered down meaning that it couldn't be used. I had to go in and out of the shower to use the soap from the sink area.

We arrived well before check-in and the staff were genuinely friendly and got us into a room straight away. The location was very handy with the tram stop right outside. The room just needed a bit of basic maintenance, but it still did the job for a short stay. Breakfast was fine. It was very busy and tables were limited, though the staff were doing their best to keep things moving. Overall, a convenient spot with good service.

The room was fine the only drawback was the construction that was going on outside. It was only supposed to start at 9:00 am but a worker decided to start up his machine outside our bedroom at 06:20 am. The coffee was dreadful.
