Breakfast area was too crowded and staff were struggling to stay on top of everything (not their fault just far too busy). There was black mould in the shower and regular flashing lights coming in from outside (maybe the trams?) that kept my mother awake. On the positive side it’s a great location, was clean on the whole and staff were very friendly.
