Don’t book this hotel through Wotif! I didn’t read fine print, no refund. I needed to cancel or rebook due to genuine illness, both Wotif and The Realm implied I could, and I gave plenty of notice. They blame each other for not allowing a refund or rebook. Had they said from the start there was no refund I wouldn’t have been as angry. Very unprofessional don’t use either!

Room was dirty they did send house keeping up to fix it .stains on Sopha bathroom worn and required repairs on floor bed and pillows were excellent

Very chic, modern, clean & private with good onsite facilities except majority of them don’t operate on the weekend & spa closes 10pm, being therefore limited. Room rate we felt was also slightly expensive but most likely due to Summernats being held that same weekend. Nevertheless, still a very comfortable & recommended destination.
