I love the hotel! It is beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and in the middle everything, you can walk anywhere in less than 20min! I'm definitely coming back!

Overall was good. I was a bit testy with the receptionist male, but I found out he was the only one working (from the sister hotel) at the time (reception, and baggage room) we were trying to check in. Turned out the whole hotel staff were sitting at an all day staff meeting in the breakfast dinning area. When I checked out I tried to tell them that maintenance should check the room thermostat, as we had problems with excessive heat around 2am. Did not really want to know in my Opinion.

Liked it - would definitely book again.

The hotel room was a bit spartan, but the bed was comfortable enough, it was clean, and the basics all covered. The location is amazing though. Right by Waverley Station, perfect for buses to the airport, taxi rank very close. I can easily see myself staying there again. The only issue was the bedroom was overly hot and the window wouldn’t open sufficiently to ventilate it as much as I’d have liked. The price was very good as well.

Great for Edinburgh city centre

Have stayed in motel one hotels before. This one was in a great location on the edge of the old town and yet very handy to the new town. It is a budget hotel but cannot fault it for value for money. Would stay there again
