I really enjoyed our stay! It’s a great location and it had all the amenities you would need. They had complimentary laundry soap and waters as well. The only thing I didn’t like was the temperature. At night it got really warm and since we were on the first floor, I didn’t want to open the window.

The room was really large which was great. Had everything to make a meal if wanted and offered tea and coffee. Bed was comfortable. Walkable to everything we wanted. Bonus had a washing machine but took forever to launder! Just an fyi if coming from US. took 3 hours to dry one load.

We enjoyed having a separate living room and kitchen. When we arrived in the evening, we were disappointed that we had to walk for about a block in a neighborhood we did not know well, To get to our unit. The shower was very slippery and hazardous. All else was good.

Lady at the desk who welcomed us the day we arrived was nice and thorough . We love the 2 rooms 2 bathroom setup with living and kitchen . The rooms are small but beds are comfortable . Washing machine and drier hard to figure . Overall a nice stay !

Room was well set up and the bed is very comfortable. Great to have the kitchen and laundry. Definitely could use some repairs here and there and a bit more attention to cleaning, but overall was very good. Would stay again.

It was ok for the money. Close to groceries and transport and it was very clean. Biggest complaint was the noise. Nothing they can do about noisy neighbours but rolling large laundry carts across the car park at 7am every morning (sounding like the bin men) was annoying when you’re on holiday.

We needed to do laundry , wanted a little more space than a hotel. However though we hD 2 separate rooms ( kitchen, sofa, and bedroom)space was limited. The toilet had a wall very close if one is sitting. . No hooks , no shelves , no drawers. Also I booked a king and we got a queen. Small washers and dryers are not the best. Staff was nice , our maintenance man , Sam was much appreciated.

Deserves a repeat visit.

Premier Suites was amazing for our family travel. We were able to catch up on some laundry, rest, and enjoy Edinburgh by day. Its clean and spacious and had all the amenities needed- with some extras we weren't expecting like complimentary snacks in our room when we arrived. Also, Sofia's Lebanese restaurant around the corner from the suites was amazing.

It's not a hotel so don't expect to get room cleaning services. We stayed for 4 nights but never get cleaning services unless we request to have trash pickup and fresh towel renewal only. Since it's like an apartment, there are kitchen and washer and dryer which is a plus. However, there're minor problems that there's no instructions to use them. It took us quite some times to figure out how to utilize them. There is another issue to warn tourists during summer, most places here don't have A/C. Despite of complementary fan, it's still warm inside the suite. We have to sacrifice our privacy by fully opened the windows to cool down the room.

Pros: Generous living spaces (sofa, dining, kitchen, w/d, d/w), Basic nespresso in room but only provided with 4 pods, and sophisticated coffee/beverage maker in lobby also). Two bedrooms. Tesco supermarket about 2 blocks away. Cons: Occasional awkward to navigate bedrooms as one had no closet (has an exposed organizer and dresser but no place to put suitcase except large closet across hallway), no lotion or conditioner provided (just a soap/shampoo), no a/c, hard to operate w/d. Our room a little noisy as faced the parking lot.

Having a kitchen makes the world of difference! Grocery is nearby and you are not limited to restaurant food for your entire stay. That being said, Edinburgh is the most Celiac friendly place I have ever visited.
