Helpful, friendly owner but poor wifi

The proprietress was lovely, friendly, helpful and provided a warm welcome. The room was fine and good value for the location and time of year. Breakfast was excellent. The only negatives were the shower was a bit weak, the tv had no signal when we came back to our room at night, and the wifi signal was poor. None of this would put us off coming back in the future.

Gorgeous guest house....tastefully decorated.

We loved our overnight stay. Christie was wonderful, so warm and friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean and the breakfast was tasty and well presented. Our room was cosy. The car park was also handy and buses were nearby and regular. i would stay again.

Definately worth booking

Great location with off road parking, only took us about 15 min to walk to the royal mile. The room was nice and the staff were excellent can't really comment on the food as I only had a bacon butty but that was very nice!
