Easy to walk to from train station, on the Royal Mile so you can wander all over the place. Safe, quiet and the amenities are nice.

Very modern & clean. Also quiet. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen was convenient. Great location; walking distance to train station, Holyrood Castle & Edinburgh Castle. Easy bus ride to HMY Britannia. A few minor problems: no egg flipper in kitchen, no can opener, and no notice that heated towel racks out of order in whole building (had to ask at front desk after having tried unsuccessfully for some time to get it to work). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cute studio room with a Murphy bed. Stocked kitchenette. Large shower. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Close to Waverly Train Station. Would stay there again.

We had a decent 7-night stay — the hotel was quiet and conveniently located near many main attractions. However, when we attempted to use the laundry room, we were met with a strong sewage odor, which made it impossible to do our laundry. Unfortunately, the only response from the front desk appeared to be spraying air freshener, without addressing the underlying issue.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I was given early check in at no extra cost. The location is 10/10. Breakfast was lovely. The gym is basic but does the job for a short stay. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely return.

I would stay here again. The staff were so friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. Our tired feet loved that they could press a button and a cab magically appeared! The room was clean and having a kitchenette was so convenient. Not having the room cleaned regularly was not a problem for us, any new towels or supplies are readily available at front desk. I gave 4 stars because we never got a room safe or a replacement for the missing light. The weather was exceptional, 60’s, so the room was very warm.

Located right on royal mile within stones throw of Holyrood Palace, King Arthur’s seat walk. Lots of eatery immediately outside of hotel. Just be aware that parking is several blocks away with extremely tight exit ramps. I scraped my rental car rims full sized SUV getting out of the carpark.
