Room very small, nowhere to put things; nowhere to sit except on the bed; shower leaked; conference on one night of our stay which resulted in no bar snacks available that night and no room in breakfast area the next day; no restaurants nearby; ditto transport; overall disappointing

Our room was spacious and very clean and had everything we needed. The toilet was separate from the shower room which worked well for us. I didnt find it too loud other than one or two guests slamming a door, but nothing I wouldnt expect from a hotel. Staff were helpful and breakfast was similar to any other good hotel ive stayed at. Plenty of towels in the room and the beds were very comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was the AC which worked but would reset to 23 degrees overnight no matter what setting it was on. Overall great stay and I'd recommend.

The location was great! My husband and I arrived before check in time, 3:00pm and according to the employee named “Johnathan” the Hotel did not have a room available for an early check in. I found this very hard to believe! I was told that I had to wait until it got closer to 3:00 pm to be checked in. The other employee named, “Paco” was just as rude and was no help. Johnathan and Paco need to attend a training on Hospitality and how to treat guests. I am disappointed that I selected this Hotel to spend my Vacation and was treated like my money had no value. The room I was given , had a view of a brick wall! This was insulting!

Great rooms. Very modern. Hotel is in an awesome location downtown withing walking distance to so many cool things. Parking is another story. Carpark is 10minutes walk away and basically id rec never using the car for anything that you can walk or uber to. Parking in general is a nightmare

Interesting

The hotel is in a great central location for walking. I woman at the front desk was just absolutely amazing. Friendly and helpful and a great sense of humor. Her name was Bee for short. The room was nice. The interesting part was the hotel is older and is not equipped with AC. They put portable AC units in the room and vent them thru the window. They also put an oscillating fan in the room as well. I was curious as to how this was going to play out. It went great. The room stayed cold. I mean cold not cool. We stayed in the summer months. The room was spacious, and bed was comfortable. So even with the window open slightly to allow venting from the AC we didn't get any street sounds up into the room. The area is quiet at night. No issues at all and they had black out curtains as well.

A lovely short break

What a lovely stay at Yotel for my sisters Hen. A huge thank you to Rebecca and Matt for allowing the room to be decorated before our arrival, it made it really special! We had the 4 person king suite and it was spotless- very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Tea and coffee facilities downstairs were a nice touch. We also ventured to a lot of local bars. Highly recommend downloading the CRAVE app- 20% off your cocktails and vino! But a lovely stay and thank you for the team for your assistance ❤️

The hotel was okay. It's only good for sleeping for the night. We didn't get any additional perks with the hotel room. Staff also was not very friendly or helpful. I wouldn't stay there again.
