Larkspur - accommodation in Edmonds

We stay here whenever we visit Seattle (3-4 times a year). The ONLY downside to the hot is the parking. Most of the time, parking isn’t an issue. They have onsite, underground parking which is a big reason we chose them originally. Twice over the years, their parking is full and we were literally the last ones in and had to park on the ramp. That scares me to death that my car will be hit by someone not paying attention! It would be great if they contacted with someplace close when they over book parking. Outside of parking, the hotel is fantastic and the rooftop sitting area is great!

I stayed only overnight but I'm happy with the staff, cleanliness, wifi and the location

This hotel is run-down and in desperate need of a remodel. The electrical outlets in our room were not functioning so the front desk staff moved us to another (upgraded) room for free, but most of the outlets didn't work there either. We were in a 2 bedroom suite and the heater did not work in one of the rooms so we all had to sleep in one bed together because the room with the sofa-sleeper was too cold. We pre-paid for parking when I booked the hotel, and then were charged again for parking when we checked in. The hotel management refused to refund the double parking charge because we had booked through a 3rd party. The location is convenient - very close to Pikes Place Market and other attractions, but overall we are very dissatisfied, and would not stay here again.
