This hotel is in the perfect location for a West Edmonton Mall trip—just a five-minute walk from the hotel entrance to the mall entrance, conveniently near Galaxyland and customer service. We stayed in a loft room, and the layout was fantastic! The high ceilings and sitting area made it feel spacious and comfortable. The room included a kitchen, though no cooking essentials (pots, forks, spoons, etc.), which is understandable as it helps keep the hotel clean and reduces operational costs. Breakfast was a great start to the day, with hot options like eggs, bacon, and sausage—perfect before heading to the mall. The customer service was friendly and efficient, making our stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting West Edmonton Mall!

Budget hotel for families

I had to wait to check in to my room. I booked for two nights but on the second night, my room key did not work and had to down the front desk to have it reprogram. I would not recommend the breakfast. Instead there is a McDonalds restaurant almost next door. The parking is free and the hotel has underground parking. West Edmonton Mall is just across the street, which is convenient. If you want to use Edmonton Transit, the bus terminal is just next door, with 3 bus routes to take you downtown or connect to the LRT. There is a liquor store on the ground level of the hotel. We had to stay an extra night in Edmonton due to the winter weather conditions and the management was able to extend our stay, which I am thankful for. The rooms are big and the bathrooms has a walk in shower. The rooms also has a good size with a fridge and microwave, which is good for families. There is no carpeting in the rooms, so may hear footsteps from the room above you.

This is a great hotel with special layout,3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms in one unit, making it super convenient for morning rush. Breakfast has really good bacon. Location and price is unbeatable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back again!

This property has a wonderful location, directly across from WEM. You can walk across the street to the mall, and there are a few dining options within walking distance. We stayed in a 2-bedroom that each had king-sized beds and 2 bathrooms. The amount of room was wonderful. Drawbacks include: limited and uncomfortable lounging/TV area; kitchen supplies including dishes and utensils need to be requested from front desk (inconvenient), and not even dish soap, cloths or paper towel were provided; the heating system was confusing and dysfunctional!! A text was sent by the property to reply to with any concerns, but after inquiring about directions for using the heating system, no reply text ever came. The system often blasted cold air into the rooms, and if you turned it up, it became swelteringly hot. We have never encountered such a terrible heating system and likely would not stay here again because of that. It's unfortunate, because the proximity to WEM could not be any better.

We chose this hotel because it is right across from the West Edmonton Mall. Underground secure parking. The room was well laid out. Great beds, super comfy. The staff are great. We had a problem with a strong odor of cleaning fluids in our room the first night. The staff were very helpful to get rid of the odor. He helped us clean the floor as there were no other rooms he could move us to.
