I reserved the room through here months before I stayed… when I got there… the check in guy was totally surprised that I even turned up, had to check a phone AND call someone else and then Initially said they didn’t have a room for me! I said “so I have nowhere to sleep tonight then after my 10 hour drive from Jersey?” And that’s when he called someone else.. gave me a room (at least it was a much cheaper rate) because the room I had reserved had a jacuzzi tub that I could have soaked in. Supposedly they let the other occupants over stay in the room that was supposed to be mine. And it looked like it was mostly people that lived there full time on a regular basis and not just people staying temporarily. I also only had the bare minimum of linnens on the bed. I had to grab my own blanket from the truck to have an actual blanket.

I didn't get to stay because, my room got given to someone else and I wasn't told until check in but yet still is getting charged by the company not one time but multiple times. I DiD NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE!
