Hotel with everything you need

Clean and beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle to the airport twice an hour. Breakfast not included but available at an extra cost.

Arrived at around 2330 to find the parking was awful as most spaces full so had to park on an unmade area some way from the main entrance. A number of male guests were very noisy and swearing obviously had been drinking but staff said nothing room clean and breakfast very good staff were not particularly friendly

Close to the airport, regular bus service to and from Stansted. Room was good size, the food was excellent with plenty of options. Breakfast was really good. I highly recommend the Novotel.

Amazing!!

Conveniently located near the airport. Being able to access the shuttle bus to the airport is very handy. The hotel has got nice interior design. Very comfortable bed. I loved Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. There is a fridge in the room. Very clean and good size rooms. I stayed there twice before very early flights next morning. I will definitely come back.

Perfect, reasonable for single-night stay

The hotel is very convenient for an overnight stay before an early flight out of Stansted. The shuttle service is well worth the small fee. The restaurant staff were extremely polite and considerate, and the menu was appropriate: not luxurious but economical and suited to an evening meal, much more than just the sandwich or snacks one might get at other airport hotels. The room's decor and the bathroom fittings were rather tired and in need of renewal, but I could tolerate that for the reasonable charge and for a single night, which was great for getting to my early flight.

It's a high traffic hotel, so you have to allow for lots of coming and going... the gym is a little dated.. with some kit not even hooked up to electrical supply. You have to be ushered into the gym which is a bit frustrating... and for me I have to pay to park overnight... :-( very frustrating. Anyway the biggest complaint is that they use really rubbish toilet paper...
