This is the best value location in Eugene-Springfield area with full amenities. I see some less than 5star reviews but I experienced professionalism with check-in, and extending. Suite and property was clean ans as advertised with good location near shops, restaurants as well as public transit stop out front.

It's a nice place. There's a refrigerator and a stove in the room. There's a large parking lot. The electronic keys are very bad; they stop working every day and have to be replaced. The common corridors are very dirty!

This is an old motel that has NOT been maintained. It looks and feels rundown. The room smelled like it had been cleaned with a chemical from a crime scene cleanup crew. I would keep looking especially for what they charged for the night.

Door locks wore out, door doesn't close. Corporate books stays but Springfield said they were full when it was obviously not. The only thing good was the bed. I would not stay again. Corporate should investigate.
