On the website it looks wonderful lobby. After we checked in. We found out that picture was actually thwir pool Tony was wonderful, he was there at night when we checking in But during the day.... Dont know what to tell you. It feels that lady has few jobs in there You needed to wait. And wait I dont feel iwant to visit tgem again I thought was a nice botic place as tgey mentioned. There were a lot of good features here and overall the stay was good. There was a nice courtyard and my kids loved the pool. Great location. The only issue we had was that housekeeping never came in the 4 nights we stayed. Maybe we were supposed to request that? It wasn't communicated if so. And breakfast was hit or miss for whether the person working would restock items that ran out.

Room was small and smelled like urine. Beds were dusty. Pictures also showed complete breakfast with eggs and sausage but on the day that I stayed all they had was sausage and biscuits and gravy. No eggs.

When we checked into the room, there was a water bottle left on the nightstand and the bed & pillows looked as if someone laid on it. The privacy shade in the room did not work, tried to call the front desk about it and no one would answer, had to use a bed covering to cover the window. The bed and bedding was terribly uncomfortable. Breakfast and coffee is supposed to be included but the next morning people were lined up outside waiting because no staff showed up to open. People were going to the gas station next door to get coffee. When I check out the only employee was sitting outside. Horrible stay, glad it was for only one night. I recommend finding other accommodations.

Beautiful property and hotel. Downfall, i came to breakfast around 830, served until 9, and most everything was gone, with no look of replenishment. I managed to score the last biscuit and there was cereal left.

Hotel is ok, I stayed there based on other reviews but its not as good as I thought, specially because of the breakfast, its supposed to be from 7-9 but you have to get there early! Or else by 8 or so everything is gone and they won't put more food, which I don't think its right. If its until 9, they should have food until 9am.

Unexpected touches

Apleasant surprise to discover 2 outdoor breezeways painted with different and colorful colorful designs. There were a couple murals upstairs, too. There is an outdoor backyard with tables and chairs and a wooden double bench swing. The lobby had a homey feel. Although Ididn't swim the indoor pool was very nice, kids were swimming and on the wall was a beautiful mural of the redwoods. This place was better than the surrounding motels in the area. The location is close to the river and walking the trail was great.

Interior common areas and especially the staff are terrific. The rooms are due for restoration: it appears there was once a roof leak above our room and we could see a gnarly ceiling patch job. Our tub drain would not clear, and that's never fun... On the exterior are many wonderful paintings of Native American life. These are beautiful. My favorite is probably the children playing. Unfortunately, it does not appear that anyone is caring for the grounds as there were towering weeds and the trash receptacles were overflowing while we were there. I suspect there is a challenge finding enough people to do the work in the area. There are two fabulous restaurants just a few steps away, including a brewery with its own great suds. You will never enjoy beer as good as what is brewed onsite, no matter where you go in this world. The other restaurant is a lovely Italian place. A couple of five-star things: the HVAC system was sublimely silent and maintained a very comfortable temperature without the usual BANG ON, BANG OFF you must suffer through all night long at most properties. And most important of all, the bed was comfortable, and each night I awoke with no weird pains, fully refreshed and well-rested.

This place was so run down , and dirty everywhere you looked , we had mold in the bathroom , dust everywhere , stained towels and a pool that smelled like urine. The staff was the only good thing about this place both the girls that helped us were really nice , if it wasnt for that and the fact that we had driven 12 plus hrs and it was late at night we would have moved , breakfast was questionable as well , it said served from 7 am to 9 we went at 740 and all was gone , we had to grab some fruit which was the only thing desirable. Overall the place was not worth the price tag dont be fooled by the nice pictures on the site
