What I liked most was the wonderful customer service and hospitality of the staff. We were able to get adjoining rooms, have an early check in and bring our dog.

Found food and crusty dog poo on the floor took the covers off the mattress had a huge stain on it , the bed skirt and floor had pee stains ,im assuming it was from dogs, and smelled like pee.showed the receptionist she stated that i could look at another room but could not look at the matteress or " tear the room up" IE look it over to make sure it wasnt gross either , we had to get all my stuff and family out of the old one first , she then went on and stated that " all their rooms are clean here" , " your old room was clean except for the bed" ???? Guess my pics and the poop on the floor were made up. I decided to book a room at the hotel next door , less money less deposit for the dogs a VERY friendly receptionist and it was clean, as we were packing up the receptionist came to our room and said " the manager said he will refund the price and you can get another hotel " told her we are book the one next door. I guess thay didnt like getting called out for being so unclean. Dont really know how this hotel rated that high?

Rooms ceilings are paper thin. We can always here someone clod hopping back and forth. Hot tub was not working and we had our hearts set on it. No discount was offered. Having said that i left 2xbags behind and the staff were honest and kind to keep it for me until i could return 3 days later. Thankyou
