Property was clean and comfortable. The pool area was enjoyed by the kids. The downside in my opinion is that from the outside the place looks a bit rundown. It definitely needs a freshening up, new windows etc.

This property was dirty, toilet smelled like sewage, staff was not friendly and not very helpful. There was a homeless person asking for our room key and when I asked staff to help, they told her goodmorning and didn’t ask her to leave the property.

Our room flooded

A really bad storm came through Fargo. My bedroom flooded as a result. And not just my room. My friends room nextdoor, and 2 or 3 others down from her. An inch of water was in our room. So at 2am i was soaking up water with towles that I had to practically beg to have. I wasnt offered help, there were no other rooms available, and the next day I was met with ZERO empathy, compassion or even a sorry that happened to you and your children. We were in town for a soccer tournament and were 4 hours from home. I had no other option but to clean ot up. Furthermore my room was one of the few that had wood loke flooring and i suspect that is because flooding happens often. DO NOT STAY HERE. PS the rooms were nasty, ceiling tiles about to fall, stains on the walls and mold in the shower.

Water dripped on one of our beds during a rainstorm. They did get us in another room the next day but have not heard if they’ll credit us a nights stay for the inconvenience.

Overall our stay was excellent! The hotel rooms and halls could use a refresh of paint and carpet. Lobby staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing! We were just passing through on a road trip and spent 1 night. For the price we paid, we were happy!

Room was clean but halls were dirty. Elevator was questionable. Parking lot was full of trash. Very noisy in the halls with little to no soundproofing. Did not enjoy our stay there overall.

I don't go to hotels very often but i was just here for a wedding from the 13th to the 16th. I will say i had an amazing experience. The room was very clean other than finding a couple of fake rose petals under our bed our last night (and it was not either of us that had them, they looked like they were maybe from valentines day. Meaning under the beds should be cleaned vetter) but otherwise i enjoyed my stay a lit. The staff were very nice and caring.
