Was a mid range hotel. Definitely needs upgrading, but it was clean. The lighting at the pool was dim but did appreciate the availability and amount of towels. I kept having issue swith my key card not working.

I’m a frequent user of hotels and motels and this is by far the worst experience I've had. In no particular order: I called 10 hours prior to our arrival to request extra blankets. She agreed, but when I was trying to verify something, the receptionist on the phone got an attitude with me over me simply not understanding something. We arrived and had to stand for waay too long to get help. Maybe it was a computer problem, I don't know. Got our room and #1; no extra blankets, so I had to go request them again. #2; the bed was broken. It moved way too much and made A TON of noise just sitting on it on any corner. #3; the toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush. Requested a new room and was given a smaller room, no apology or anything. And both beds in this room are broken also! One of the beds made the same broken noise, and the other bed in this room bows tremendously making it extremely uncomfortable. They claimed the beds in the room were queen but they seemed a lot smaller than our queen at home. Could've been due to that major bow pushing us closer to the enter of the bed. The elevators are super janky, it felt like they and/or the doors were going to get stuck any time we used them. Had to request the extra blankets 3 times. Someone stole our Do Not Disturb sign so I requested another of those. Asked twice and never got one. Our keywords just randomly stopped working. Requested new ones and only one worked. Outlets in the room were broken. Super small outd

Fitst put us in room that they knew had leaking ceiling got wet while sleeping, when reported they already knew wjat room we were in and knew the ceing was leaking. Then we told them we would stay in room just use other bed. Well we left for the afternoon went to check in my hrandson they decided we were moving vanvelled our keys accusedcus of giving them false informations and that our phone was disconnected and we wouldnt answet our room phome or door , well we weren't there. This Robin girl yelled at me very rude as though I were her child or employee. Tjen tried saying the reservation for my grandson was pet friendly but it was for pollside room she arhued about that

We checked in Wednesday night and checked out on Saturday but we never got cleaned towels nor services as to taking our trash out making our beds other then that I enjoyed our stay

Two night mare

I’m partially lame & I thought I asked for a ground-floor room. The luggage cart was unwieldy, and my room was at the far end of the second floor. Had trouble getting into the pool area. Whirlpool was out of order when I first went in - was being repaired. There was a squished mouse in the entry area that I probably stepped on a dozen times before I noticed it while loading my luggage into my car. I was unable to fix my booking error, so inadvertently stayed 2 nights, because I was unable to fix the error, because Hotels.com didn’t respond to my online request to cancel the 2nd night.

The Ramada is dated the carpet hasn’t been replaced in decades parking lot needs attention. Building needs once over. The bed was comfortable breakfast was good. Convenient location to lots of stuff.

Swimming pool nightmy

We got checked in and ready for swimming. Got into the pool and noticed the water slide wasn’t turned on so asked the front desk about turning the water on. That’s when we found out the pool had a health code violation closing the pool down but just prior to me finding the front desk attendant she had got into the pool area and yelled at everyone that they were swimming at their own risk and the hotel wasn’t liable for anything that resulted. Her manner was aggressive, hostile and unprofessional. There wasn’t any notice inside the pool area or on the door we had entered to go swimming so there was no notice given. We will not stay at this hotel or another Ramada Inn.
