Disappointing
Very shocked at position of our accommodation. Unit is at front gate next to gaurd room. Continuous noise all night. Hooting at the gate early hours of the morning. Other tourist arriving at our door with queries, thinking it was reception /office staff area. Does not look like other units in complex.
We were told to collect the keys at the gate on arrival. The guard was not informed of our arrival and was not very interested at all.
When we approached our host, we were offered a larger unit costing more money and basically told we were very fussy and complainers and maybe should go to a hotel.
We have holidayed in Mauritius many times over the years in different types of accommodation. This was definitely the worst value for money.
