"Comfortable beds, lots of pillows and towels. Linens clean. Room was quiet even though there was no vacancy that night. Corners of rooms obviously skipped by cleaners. Needs some TLC. Only one accessible plug near the beds. So even though it’s a room meant for 4 people, only one thing could be plugged ..."

"The fall view is lovely. However, the service at reception was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel—surprising, given this is meant to be a 4-5 star property. The staff at reception were cold, rude, and frankly unbecoming of a high-end hotel; even a motel would have been friendlier, I suspect. ..."
