"Lovely clean room and very spacious. Check in was busy and staff did not explain anything about the hotel or the facilities. "Staff are excellent. Property is old and dated. We had carpet in our room which was very dirty and dusty. We asked the room cleaners to vacuum it and they did but it was still dusty.
