"Sink was plugged up when we showed up. Toilet was plugged up twice and overflowed without anyone doing anything ridiculous to it. Remote controls did not work so we had to trade them in for new ones, which worked except for the volume buttons. ACs were horrendous, blowing freezing cold air right ..."
