Very pleased!

Really clean and spacious hotel. Our room was cleaned every day. Nice distance to main sites in the city but also very quiet and away from all the tourists. My only complaint is that the reception desk is only staffed from about 8-12 then nobody is available after that. Otherwise I would say it’s the perfect place to stay.

Great stay with fantastic breakfast

We had a lovely stay at this B&B which is a 15 minute walk away from Florence Santa Maria Novella Train Station. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and breakfast included which was exceptional and our favourite breakfast of our trip. There was a great selection and you could choose each day what you would like from the menu and it would be delivered outside your door at 8.30am to have in your room. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

This is an older building with newer bathrooms. It is located within 19 minutes walking from the central train station. The units are spacious, with high ceiling, and have own bathrooms. Bathrooms are large and comfortable. Rooms are very well maintained by manager. The host is excellent in taking care of the rooms. Comfortable bed and mattress. I recommend this if you want to be close to the central part of Florence.

The room was big and very comfortable. Both the room and the bathroom were clean. The location is great, close to the main touristic sites but not too close so there is no noise at night or in the morning. Good service too! The breakfast is pretty decent, they have bread, pastries, yogurt, orange juice and fruit. We had to leave early on our last day and they made us breakfast a bit earlier than the usual, so that was really nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Lake Como by rail and ferry

Great b&b hotel in a beautiful location up the hill above the villa melzi just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the village but still walkable. Rooms, service and breakfast all fantastic.
