We loved it here. Our rooms were beautiful and we enjoyed using the pool. It was easy to catch a bus into Florence and the managers were really helpful with all of our questions. Finally, we loved the breakfast each morning, and we enjoyed a nice dinner poolside our first night.

When we finally got there we encountered zero empathy for the pain to reach them, the room didn't have the specifications required (separate beds) and we didn't feel welcomed. We decided not to stay and left.

Lovely place to stay near Florence
Very nice place. Booked because of the positive reviews and the place did not disappoint! Lovely setting on the hillside, build mostly in natural stone. Nice setting by the pool for breakfast / restaurant. Spacious room (suite) with great views. Very friendly staff and atmosphere! Would certainly come again!
