Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
I had already made my plans. Host cancelled without preventing me. I spent another couple of days looking for something suitable. They reimbursed me but I had to wait weeks for money ti appear in my bank, not their fault, but it’s one of the things to consider. I would have loved to stay here and I would have expected at least an apology message from them.
