Our stay was absolutely exceptional. Although our arrival was a bit confusing due to Google Maps taking us in circles, we eventually parked nearby and walked to the hotel. The front desk was incredibly helpful, especially since we arrived after the arranged parking closed at 11:30 PM,they made sure we were settled comfortably in our room. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of champagne and delicious macrons. The room itself was stunning, spacious, with a large walk-in closet, a luxurious bathroom with both a bath and a shower, and breathtaking views. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, making for a perfect night’s sleep. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. They personally helped me bring the car to the front of the hotel and allowed it to remain parked there overnight. Breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety and high-quality offerings. The team also provided wonderful recommendations for local attractions, held our luggage after checkout, and even accommodated a late checkout. This was truly a fantastic stay,worth every penny. We will absolutely be back without question.

The heart of Firenze!

This could not be a more perfectly central location in the heart of Firenze! The device was wonderful and breakfast was great! When you step out of the lobby, you are 2-5 minutes from absolutely everything and our room was beautiful to come to each night! We will be back!

We had an amazing time at San Firenze Suites and Spa. Our room was lovely, the staff was so kind and helpful, the breakfast was really good, actually, and the aperitivo in the evening was really great too! I’m so happy we stayed here and I cannot recommend it enough. The location could not be more perfect. Book a room here. You’ll be glad you did!

The best part was the incredible view of the Duomo right from my room—it was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that view every morning made the trip even more special. The room itself was super spacious, stylish, and really comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. This is a nice boutique hotel in a central location in Florence, near the main tourist attractions but slightly off the beaten track so a fairly calm location. Quality of the hotel is generally 4-star, although I would regard the quality of the rooms/suites themselves as 5-star. Good amenities and service.

The most perfect location within easy walking distance to everything you would want to see in central Florence. The room we had was 303, an executive suite with city view. We were 3 and our 18yr old had the sofa bed in the living room. The view from the two rooms was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the decor lovely. Breakfast was included as a continental - but was over and above what we expected - good selection of hot and cold foods, amazing coffee. All staff were highly professional and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone visiting Florence.
