Property is well located to the main attractions, good breakfast with friendly staff. Property manager was very nice and helpful, he even carried the luggage for us. There is no iron in your room, so luckily I had portable one to flatten my clothes

The staff and Manager Ricardo was Exceptional. Anything you need they are willing to make happen. Everyone goes above and beyond. Can’t say enough. We stayed in the Suite, the views were so nice. One block from river and great restaurants and shopping very close to the train station.

It was a great stay. Staff were very friendly and even are helping send something I forgot in my room. Great location too! Walls are thin & I was next to a loud couple fighting, so that’s the only thing to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. Definitely recommend!

The presidential suite was more than enough room for my husband, 14YO large son and 11YO daughter to have our own space and still feel the energy of Florence through the windows to the streets. Although the room wasn’t air conditioned, the windows are large and cool things down quickly. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing! Close to train station and about a 15 min walk to the center of Florence but a very nice walk.
