THE place to stay in Florence! Perfection!

This is the place to stay in Florence!!! It’s beautiful and feels like you’re in a Pitti Palace guest house with the murals and furniture, but beyond the aesthetics, the location couldn’t be more perfect. Delicious restaurants right outside and steps from the Ponte Vecchio. My family fell in love with this place immediately and my son even volunteered to do a silly photo shoot for the reviews. Enjoy!

this is truly a masterpiece of a hotel. whoever designed and runs it must have a great taste. every touch is thought of. the interior, comfort, fresh flowers. if you care for esthetics please do yourself a favor and stay here. you are across palazzo but you feel like you are staying in it! super lovely stuff.

If you want to experience a taste of old world elegance for a nominal cost, and be within easy access to the Uffizi and Pitti Palace this is the place to stay. Easily walkable from the train station and perfectly situated directly across from the Pitti Palace. Sleep with the old world Masters surrounding you with authentic tempura frescos on the walls and ceilings. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We were provided recommendations for local restaurants, sights to see and places to go that were not on the tourist tracks. If I had more time I would stay longer. It will definitely be on my 'places to return to' list.

I stayed in the deluxe suite and it was genuinely the most beautiful hotel room i’ve ever stayed in. It has a very italian feel (rustic, artistic and romantic) with modern bathrooms. The sauna was very much needed and the jetted bath was amazing. The staff as well were lovely and very accommodating. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay, thank you! I cannot wait to be back!

very bad experience

I want to share my bad experience of what happened when I stayed in their suite on 2/14 night. I booked their Jetted tub, city view suite because we want to celebrate Valentine's day but we didn't expect that their room would have a power outage. We only used their hair dryer . Their reception was off after 7pm and she didn't tell me that how to handle it. She did left the emergency contact but we don't have phone service to call their number. We need to contact our phone company from our country to add international phone plan to contact them. We also don't use WhatsApp app. I can't imagine what happened if we don't find anybody that night and the hotel reception should tell us how to handle this kind emergency situation when they check in. I try to explain how my bad experience when I check out but reception told me that is normal happened. I wrote an email to them but never reply. Don't Waste money to stay .

Loved the room, loved the location. Directly across from Pitti Palace and within walking distance to many great sites. A quick five minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. We had a 2 bdrm/2 bath suite which was huge and having two bathrooms was great. Didn’t have much contact with reception but enjoyed our stayed. Shopping and restaurants all around. Would stay again.
