San Gallo Superior - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

Central apartment located in a typical Florentine building on the second floor without lift. We are a few minutes walk from the Duomo and all the main tourist attractions. Very large newly renovated apartment, with attention to detail and comfort. Quiet, welcoming and elegant. Located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, close to the main services, restaurants and typical shops. However the apartment is very quiet and allows for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The apartment is large and finely furnished and consists of three bedrooms with double beds all equipped with private bathrooms, a large living room with comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. There is also a laundry room with washer-dryer.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature. . We loved this place! Excellent location with easy walking to everything. Great breakfast place across the street. There’s a couple flights of stairs to access apartment but that wasn’t a big deal for us.

Beautiful apartment

We loved our stay here! It is beautifully redone and has a washer-dryer combo which was very handy since this was the end of our 2 week trip. All the rooms are large so we felt we could breathe and not be on top of one another. Many restaurants in and bars nearby. Easily walkable to all sites we visited. The last 2 flights of stairs are rather steep.

Beautiful apartment

I felt like I was in America with how comfortable this beautiful apartment was. 3 bedrooms each with an on suite modern bathroom, and an extra bathroom complete with a shower. There are a couple levels, with one of the bedrooms down a number of stairs for complete privacy. There is a large “living room” as you walk in and a fully furnished kitchen a number of stairs up. Don’t let the ancient outside of the building fool you, this apartment has been updated and renovated to make your stay there extremely comfortable. I can’t say enough!
