Only a 10 minute walk from Sunny Sands beach and the vibrant Harbour Arm, this beautiful home is perfectly located to enjoy everything that Folkestone has to offer.
Whether it's exploring galleries and art shops on the old high street, dining out at one of the many fantastic restaurants nearby, or braving a cold water swim in the sea, Folkestone is fast becoming one of best coastal towns in the UK.
And only a 50 min train ride from London!
The house is clean, cosy and comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay or a longer break away from the big smoke.
The two bedrooms have very comfortable beds. The smaller room has a double and the master bedroom has a super king.
The house is light and airy in the summer and cosy and warm in the winter, especially with the wood burner blazing.
The kitchen has everything needed for cooking a feast and the open plan makes it easy to socialise with those chilling in the dining room and living room.
There's a quality washing machine and drying is easy outside on the line or upstairs on the ceiling rack.
Outside there's an excellent BBQ and garden dining facilities, and a trampoline for the kids to bounce on.
Free on street parking can be arranged and coming and going is a breeze.
