Beware!

Beware! There is a construction site immediately next to the hotel. Workers start at the construction site at 7am and work Monday to Saturday. You're unable to site and relax by the pool or on your balcony due to the noise and dust. Also staff is well below the Marriott standards. Only one elevator works in the building which you have to share with hotel cleaners who are up and down all day with their carts. Our room was not cleaned at all one day. We called front desk and complained and the assistant manager said he would need to do his 'due diligence' and find out what happened!! What?! If a guest says their room was not cleaned, end of story! Any other hotel, a manager would say 'we'll fix this asap'. Assist manager clearly is not able to understand that his role is to serve guests. He just talks over you and has a flippant answer to any question you have. Not worth staying here... way better options along the same stretch of the beach.

Excellent property, across the street from the beach, towels, beach chair and umbrellas were available. Restaurants are not the best but ok for breakfast. There is new construction right next door so nosy if you sitting by the pool. It did not affect our room however.

Just wish the beach chairs were closer to the hotel so when you need to use the bathroom, it’s not a long walk. There are public restrooms I found behind the CVS.

Nice spot and close to everything. But the destination fee they charge is not worth it. They charge $25 per person but only give a $30 credit per room. When you check in they make it sound like you will get it back in credits but you won’t! Three cocktails at the pool cost $70US. It’s a rip off. Toilet backs up all the time! Nice hotel but not worth the money you pay to stay there!

Save your money and go down the road to the W for the same price and much better service and accommodations. Our first night, the LIGHTS in our room were broken. Imagine being woken up every 35-40 minutes because the lights in your room turn themselves on. Seriously. In addition, loud banging above your head. 2nd night, moved room because of lights, and SHOWER doesn't turn on. What a joke! We've stayed at motels with better accommodations. Front desk staff unhelpful, claim they can't do anything due to booking with Expedia. Waste of our money. And this room was $500/night!!!

Excellent location with access to the beach and all other local convenience. The hotel is well kept. I would suggest improving the food options and offering a juice bar for smoothies and fresh juices.
