Disappointed/restaurant 1.5 hr wait.

Disappointed that the hotel we chose had a restaurant. And we were told we’d have to wait an hour and a half because they were short staffed and couldn’t service. And my room, the air conditioner made a soft foghorn sound off and on throughout the night when the air would kick on. Room was clean, bed comfortable.

I had a great stay at this hotel, the only downside was that when I checked in there was water coming from the mini fridge. Other than that the room was lovely, they had a heated pool, a gym, check out was quick and easy.

Very clean, good little restaurant, really comfy beds. We got off a 10 day cruise and got there at 930am. Thought we would have to wait till 3pm to get our room however she got us in by noon. Exceptional customer service! This is our new hotel for cruising 😊

The spa pool & pool closes at 8pm, and it doesn't states that on their booking site, they are not accommodating if you have a late flight, you have to either check out at 11am or pay $140.00 for a full day just for 3 hours which is unfair being a returning guests, some staff are friendly and welcoming, then some look like they're not interested in being to work or wants to assists. My second time there and i will not return.
