The tub was filthy and drained was blocked. Had to use husband’s flip flops to take a shower. There were hairs, soil or sand and backup water. The room AC only made noise but did not cool the room. The only positive was the counter staff, which were helpful and pleasant. Won’t stay again and would not recommend.

From the time my family checked in July 15-18 we were treated like special guests. Brenna at the front desk graciously answered my questions regarding proper dog guest etiquette and even brought a warmed blanket to me. The housekeeping staff cheerfully kept our room and hotel areas spotless. Great full breakfast. Clean pool and hot tub. Our great gratitude to the entire staff! We'll be back ! D, M, and Dog

Nice Stay

Have stayed here numerous times in order to visit family and friends. The renovations look great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Love the new pancake machine, though it wasn't working properly. The staff member working breakfast was very nice. We will continue to stay here when we visit.

The front desk girl on night shift was very kind and accommodating. Unfortunately the room wasn’t great. The TV remote wasn’t working. It looked melted somehow. So we couldn’t work the TV and we had to unplug the TV which then unplugged the mini fridge. The bed pillows weren’t very comfortable, so we woke up very sore.
