Had to call The 1 800 customer service number after however every day from 11am - 4 pm the “ entire house keeping staff there were talking across the hall from each others NON STOP SO SO LOUD.. Never on my travels has this occurred . No joke .My hours of work were 5 pm 2 5 am daily ,, The head of housekeeping spoke w the staff/ could hear here outside my door ,, however they did not keep their voices down , have traveled world for 37 yrs 4 work & “””never “”””has this ever occurred. . I don’t want an apology/ I would think in good faith a refund would be appropriate. Good day William

This place is a nightmare! The front entrance is boarded up with ply wood. We arranged a crib through the online booking system and called the front desk to confirm; only to be told they never offer cribs. There was a strong chemical odor in all three rooms. Other guests smoking pot is an issue. Hotel is in a bad area of town but convenient to the beach. Would NOT recommend!
