Okay for what you pay

They’re right in the middle of a remodel, which is great, but it was quite congested with workers and equipment. The area was okay, but not a lot of things to do in walking distance other than Chilis, which we did do. The breakfast was decent but since there were so many workers and what not, it was hard to get food. Overall it was fine for what we needed. The bed was not that comfy though, but otherwise fine.

A clean older hotel clearly hnder renovation We had no major inconvenjences. Our room was clean and tidy with nice fluffy towels. Breakfast was adequate , no complaints. We came in a night early for a cruise and this suited our needs. Would likely stay here again

Stuff was really polite, professional. The cleanliness was horrible. Both bed Mattress was full like blood and super dirty. The floors it seem like they never clean before dusty.

Nice decent place to stay

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel stay for coming in for a family event. This did not disappoint. It was clean, staff was nice and has great amenities.

Had a room with no hot water, after many complaints and me being persistent they switched me to a new room. That new room did not have functional AC. Again, I had to advocate for myself more than once to have them do something about it. I was switched to a 3rd room! This one was fine. Staff gave me little to no attention, not overly concerned about my complaints, seemed more bothered and annoyed than anything else. Very unprofessional staff not customer service minded. However, Katherine with a K the night shift desk worker. She was the bright shining light in all of it and the reason I’m not giving 1 star. She showed me care and consideration when the issues were brought up to her. Customer service was clearly important to her.

Nothing stands out on like. The hotel is under renovation and there was no notice of this. There was 1 working elevator - the other had been waiting certification for weeks. Traffic jam at elevator at 9 between cleaning staff and customers. Laundry had no soap and you were told to go to the gas station - back-ordered. Large potholes in the parking lot. Air conditioner would not automatically shut-off and stayed on or had to be manually turned off. No carpet in room, so floors were slippery in stocking feet. Bed warped towards the middle. Safety lock in room broken.
