The property was not in good condition for upkeep. Room was smelly. Dirty washcloth and towel, when asked for clean washcloth, the guy at desk seemed annoyed and said he will see if he had any, he never get back to us. Came in about 9pm one night, homeless man was sleeping in the elevator. Leaving out at 4:15am, a man and woman was outside the door, the woman appeared to be high off drugs, she asked for food or money, when told we didn't have anything she kicked out suitcases away from the door. When tried to retrieve the suitcases she became aggressive, fighting and saying we are taking her suitcases. I was screaming for help, someone was downstairs in the garden area, he did not appear startled at all. Someone came out from their room and I believed they called the cops. No one was at the desk, the homeless and crackheads are all over the property. The police came late but we had lost so much time that we had to leave, we still missed our flight. Horrible Horrible place, very unsafe. The house keeper was helpful.
