We were 6 hours early (just got off a cruise). The clerk was so friendly and helpful with storing our luggage and giving suggestions for places to go eat, etc. She was wonderful. Sorry I missed her name.

The staff forgot to send shuttle to pick us up at the Airport. We had to make arrangements ourselves and when we arrived at the front desk the attendant was not very helpful. Never will we book with you hotel again.
