Served its purpose for a nights stay.

Hotel served it's purpose. Staff was not overly friendly. Hotel was dirty. There was something splattered all over our bedframe. Breakfast was bland. Waffle maker was out of batter, instead of refilling it, staff stood at the island eating from the breakfast.

There was no hot water for a shower before bed, just tepid. There was no breakfast ie fruit or muffens, for people who had an early shuttle to the airport. We asked for an apple from the cart being used to prepare the breakfast buffet & were told no. Bottomline, the room & hotel were basic to put it mildly, not worth $400 for 1 night.

There was a nice sitting area on the side of the hotel that was covered. It was by a busy street and noisy. They had a few restaurants in the area to walk to.

The shuttle service from the airport was a lifesaver. We landed at 1:30am and it was nice not worrying about how we were going to get to the hotel. He told us exactly where to meet him and loaded our bags for us. The front desk lady was lovely despite the fact that it was so late. The room was clean and the breakfast was yummy. Easy check in and check out. Lovely experience.

This was perfect stay, walkable to family in the area. My room was spacious and clean, comfy bed. I used the gym daily, there were never more than 2 people. Staff was professional & friendly. Great coffee & breakfast in the lobby. Try 3 Son's brewing for great pizza. Getting shuttle pickup from airport a bit chaotic but fine.
