Nice room in a good hotel location.

4 friends staying in Frankfurt for the Euros. Very cheap room compared to some we saw. Suite was spacious and had more than enough room for all 4 of us, with a very large & nice bathroom too.

Multiple budlings and this is in the middle of no where. used restaurant and was sick from the pasta. Room was main floor near a walkway listening to people yell is not fun. Not going back to this companies properties again.

only one staff at reception. kept answering phone and made the check.in process last for 20 minutes. hotel block is 5 minutes walk ftom reception. room key didn't work. Allocated uncheck out room. customer complained and reception staff threatened to throw customer put of the hotel. The reception man said it is Germany, he could throw customer put of hotel if customer complains. I m a,frequent traveller and I hv never experienced such nonsense, rough and poor service. I m very disappointed that expedia has promote to hotel.
