Hatte eine bestätigte Buchung ihrerseits. Das Hotel hatte aber keine Reservierung und auch kein Zimmer mehr! Musste mit ein anderes Hotel suchen und bezahlen. Ich warte immer noch auf die refundierung der von mir bezahlten! Reservierung.
