Clean, spacious and modern. Extremely convenient to the airport and subway. Good restaurant and great buffet breakfast in the hotel. I took a star off because we arrived two hours before official check in and had to wait. It seems unlikely in a hotel this size that there wasn’t at least one room ready at 1:00 in the afternoon. We stopped in 7 other cities, always before official check in and this was the only property where we had to wait until official check in time.

Hotel is close to my work location in Frankfurt so it’s very convenient - easy access from the airport, close to train and bus stops. Room is average for the price, I wouldn’t stay if it wasn’t a work trip. Service is terrible.

Stayed here before a flight. It was ok for what we needed it to do. There is no food around there, unless you dine in the restaurant on site, or have it delivered. We also found the room very warm for 4 people, and I was told that the system was set to winter, aka a AC function was not available. Thankfully there was a window we could open, but it still was too warm in the room. Its very easy access to the S-bahn to reach the airport the next morning. While I would stay again if needed, it would not be my first choice at this time.

The Hyatt is a nice clean and safe place. Around the corner there is a train that takes you to the city. And if you walk around the corner to the right about a 5 minute walk there is a super market and a few restaurant options. It’s 5 minutes to the airport in a taxi.
