Excellent choice for an airport hotel

Super convenient and nice stay when you have an early flight out of Frankfurt. It is weird that a major hotel in one of the largest airports in the world does not have any front desk staff before 7:30 am. You have to go to the Marriott next to it. Also, more than one towel per person would be great! I’m sure I could’ve asked for more, but I was only there 5 hours. Otherwise room was very nice and comfortable, room service was fast and nice.

Should have been told that the hotel is dog friendly. Not sure if my room had dogs in before me. Dog across the hall was barking all the time. Dogs should be kept to one floor and people should be made aware that dogs are on the premise.

The Sheraton is beautiful, however the shower is difficult to figure out how to switch the water flow from bath to shower. We had two rooms and both rooms struggled to figure it out. :( I ended up having a difficult bath since I am not as young as I used to be.

Skip this and stay at the Marriott

Check in was slow and there's ongoing construction they have no control over but it went on from 11 pm to 130am. Staff was nice but later on when I filled feedback form, someone reached out to apologize but when I replied back to ask a question about a future stay... got nothing. Stay at the Marriott next door, the rooms are nicer.

Polished property

This was not a great property in the past, however they have really upgraded it. Nice lobby, nice rooms, great staff, and of course it is very strategically located for flying in and out of Frankfurt airport.
