This hotel is perfect for people needing an overnight stay or short respite before travelling from or arriving at Frankfurt International Airport. It’s so much nicer to stay in a hotel surrounded by trees and peaceful walking paths in a lovely park/forest than in a big chain hotel right at the airport where there’s nothing to do but sit in your room or walk the concrete hallways. The hotel offers a convenient free shuttle service to and from the airport every 15 minutes with travel time of only seven minutes. Premises are clean and offer a simple modern decor with emphasis on environmental sustainability. A real gem. Make sure to have supper in the restaurant to see the robocats that serve your drinks snd meals.

I needed a place to stay for a night in between flights back to the US. I wish there were better instructions on how to use the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but the shuttle from the hotel to the airport was very convenient. The room was good, nothing special, but clean, quiet and it had a nice shower. The hotel restaurant was perfect for a relaxed dinner for the layover.

Comfortable room but services poor

As other reviews stated the shuttle bus stops 100-200m from the hotel. I didn’t see any signs to indicate where the hotel was once I got off the shuttle bus. Driver didn’t say. Service at their restaurant was poor and it wasn’t busy. I won’t go back. Room was comfortable but next visit through Frankfurt will be a different hotel

Great shuttle service to the airport. Every 30 minutes. Great coffee in the morning. Beautiful walking area behind the property. Nice trail with a pond and strategically placed benches. Perfect hotel if you want to be near the airport.

Only minor complaint was the distance to walk from the airport shuttle drop off/pick up point to the actual hotel. I am getting older, my case was heavy, and I was tired from travel. I expected the meeting point to be very close to the front door of the hotel and not at the parking garage.

We are so devastated about the shuttle service , we book this hotel because of the shuttle .unfortunately,Shuttle won’t bring you to the hotel . He will drop you to car park only ,you need to walk long distance to finally get to the hotel . my husband is 70yrs old and walking from the car park to the hotel with heavy luggage without any help from any the hotel staff . Also I book 1queen bed and they give us 2 single bed put it together and every move you the bed will move as well very uncomfortable for an old couple. But the must say it’s clean…

Shuttle service is great although pickup area is a little hard to find. The walk from the shuttle drop off is a little long, but not as bad as some reviews have stated. Rooms are super clean and perfect for a one night stay. There is a wonderful park with trails across the street.
