It was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was not too great. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow and was unusable for me and my work. The Ethernet outlet was not working either. Overall it was 8/10 for me

The shower doesn't have hot water. Spent 1 hour fixing it myself. One bulb is flashing the entire time. Pillow is too soft for proper sleeping. Also, the rooms are quite noisy and you can clearly hear noises from other rooms and the commons. The AC ceased to function properly and blow out hot air only, making the room almost 90F. No maintenance crew is present and front desk is not able to sort it out. Switched from double bed to single room (no double bed room available) after almost 2 hours of attempt. Forced to sleep on the sofa. Overall poor experience and value for its price (almost $200).
