Very clean and comfortable traditional Japanese single house. We traveled as a family of 5 and had a great stay at the property. Listing is accurate. Great view from the rooftop on the mountain.

great place to stay!
We came to kawaguchiko to climb Mt. Fuji and we enjoyed our stay. most things were within walking distance. The house was clean with plenty of space for all.
I did hit my head several times on the low doors, and the umbrella on the deck was broken. overall we had a grast time here!

Spacious with view of Mt. Fuji
Gorgeous three bedroom with dining room and kitchen with two full baths. Coming off a week in Tokyo it was nice to do laundry (few pods left for our use!) and most importantly, climb the stairs to see a gorgeous full view of the mountain. A five minute walk from “town” another five minutes down to the lake - well placed for sure. We slept in the western style beds with really comfortable beds. Kitchen was large (for Japan) and easy to cook in. Loads of dishware. No knives that we found other than flatware knives.
I would book here again in a heartbeat. Really comfy for up to 8 adults without using the Japanese style mat room. House is adorable in photography.
